Agentzon is operated by Merit Systems Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the seller and merchant of record for your purchase. We handle order support, cancellations, returns, and refunds at agentzon-support@merit.systems.

Orders and payment

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and our shipping and returns policy. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you use an agent or act for someone else, you must have their authorization to make the purchase and provide their information.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. The checkout total includes applicable sales tax and any disclosed charges. Payment is collected at checkout. Payment confirmation does not mean an order has shipped.

Orders are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel all or part of an order for unavailability, a material listing or pricing error, suspected fraud, or a legal restriction. We will notify you and refund any amount paid for canceled items, including applicable tax. We will not substitute products or increase your charge without your approval.

Products and fulfillment

We may use third-party providers to source and deliver products. We remain your point of contact for your purchase. Products may arrive in separate shipments or third-party packaging.

Packaging designs may vary, but this does not authorize a change in the ordered product, size, or quantity. Follow the delivered product’s labels, warnings, and instructions. Contact us about an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Product information is not medical advice.

Third-party product references do not imply sponsorship or affiliation. Agentzon and Merit Systems Inc are not affiliated with Amazon. Brand names belong to their respective owners.

Returns and cancellations

Our shipping and returns policy explains eligibility, exclusions, return costs, cancellation requests, and refunds. Contact us before sending an item back; do not send returns to a manufacturer or source retailer unless we instruct you to do so.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide additional warranties beyond those expressly stated in these terms, and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any applicable manufacturer warranty is subject to its own terms; we do not promise that it applies to every purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or a purchase, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury, or any liability, warranty, refund, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms for future purchases. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that order. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
