Merit Systems Inc operates Agentzon. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you browse, purchase, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide during checkout or support, such as your name, email, billing and shipping addresses, order details, and correspondence. We receive payment status and transaction details from our payment processor. Stripe handles payment credentials; our checkout application does not receive or store your full card number.

The site and its service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request logs, and security events. Your cart is stored locally in your browser so it can persist between visits. You can remove it by clearing the site’s browser storage.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and shopping interactions, and aggregate request counters to measure automated and agent traffic. Our custom counters do not store raw IP addresses, search terms, customer details, or private order links. We use these measurements to improve the service.

When you start checkout, we also collect your IP address, browser and client headers, language, timezone, screen and window dimensions, device capabilities, and browser automation signals when available. We use these diagnostics to troubleshoot checkout and understand automated client usage. They are restricted to our operations team, available for 90 days, and expired records are removed during subsequent checkout activity.

If you or your shopping agent voluntarily submit a catalog suggestion, we store its search term, product intent, and preferred brand to improve our catalog. Suggestions are visible to our operations team. Please include product details only, without personal information.

How we use and disclose information

We use information to process payments, fulfill and support orders, handle returns and refunds, communicate with you, maintain and secure the service, prevent misuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We disclose relevant information to payment processors, hosting and database providers, email and support providers, and retailers, suppliers, fulfillment providers, and carriers involved in your order. For example, a fulfillment provider may receive your name, delivery address, and ordered items. Payment providers also process information under their own policies; see Stripe’s privacy policy.

We may also disclose information as required by law, to protect legal rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

Browser storage and third-party services

Agentzon uses browser storage for the cart and does not currently run advertising or cross-site tracking scripts in its storefront. Our storefront does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party checkout and linked websites may use their own cookies and process information under their own policies, including information about activity across services. Review their policies when using them.

Retention and security

We retain information as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements. Retention varies with the type of information and the purpose for which it is held. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Keep your private order link confidential because it provides access to your order information.

Your requests

Email agentzon-support@merit.systems to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to ask about our practices. We may need to verify your identity. We will handle requests as required by applicable law and may retain information when legally required or necessary for permitted purposes, including completing orders and resolving disputes.

Children and policy updates

The service is intended for people legally able to make purchases and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
